Not being at Comic Con is like not being at a sporting event. No sweating, no swearing, no rip-offs on bad food, no assholes.  I get to see every camera angle, find out all the news, see all the awesome cosplay, and all the celebs. Might it be better to be there? Possibly, but did I have the thousand dollars needed to get there or the thousands I’d spend on food hotels and crap that I’d buy? Nope. It’s just like a sporting event, and I’m at home with all the info and people watching that are the real backbone of Comic-con.
